Dawns Creole Garden Hotel, built in 1995, is located at the Southern end of Lower Bay beach, Bequia, a 100 yards up the hill. From the hotel you have a lovely view over the beach and Admiralty Bay.

Accommodation consists of 7 rooms total. All of the rooms have double bed, private verandah's with view over the bay, ceiling fans, bathroom with shower, mosquito nets. Two comfort rooms have a kitchenette. Minimum stay in the comfort rooms is four days.

Your hosts are Dawn, born right here in Lower Bay, and Willi, sailor and traveler from Germany. Both are excellent cooks.

Amenities: the hotel has a lovely creole garden, reception is open from 0900am till noon. Here the friendly staff will assist you arranging tours and excursions, provide telephone service. The rooms have daily maid service.

The restaurant is situated at the main verandah, from here you have a gorgeous view over the harbour. Breakfast is served from 0800 am and dinner from 7.30 pm. Cuisine is West Indian and International, specialties include seafood and Creole dishes.

The Beach bar serves daily lunch, cold drinks, "Rum Punch", sandwiches and last but not least Dawns famous fish Cakes. Every Sunday Lower Bay Beach is a meeting point for locals and visitors.

Nearby: The beautiful beach of Lower Bay is just a 100 yards away, There are several other restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the "Town" of Port Elizabeth is a five minute ride by water or land taxi.
